sospechosos se entregan por caso de mayor policial en Villa Juana"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dos hombres se\u00f1alados como integrantes de una estructura delictiva se entregaron ante la Polic\u00eda Nacional en medio de la investigaci\u00f3n por la muerte de un mayor policial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Polic\u00eda Nacional inform\u00f3 que se entregaron dos de los pr\u00f3fugos se\u00f1alados como miembros de la banda conocida como \u201cEl Circuito del Bloque\u201d, vinculada a la muerte del mayor Silo Miguel Popoters Polanco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hecho bajo investigaci\u00f3n ocurri\u00f3 en el sector Villa Juana, en el Distrito Nacional, y ha motivado operativos y acciones de seguimiento por parte de las autoridades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los individuos identificados como Jos\u00e9 Miguel Guillermo de Jes\u00fas, conocido como \u201cNota Alta y\/o Tabaquito\u201d, y Aneury Amaury Espino Tejeda, apodado \u201cEl Montro\u201d, acudieron la tarde de este lunes al Palacio de la Polic\u00eda Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambos se presentaron acompa\u00f1ados por representantes del Comit\u00e9 Dominicano de los Derechos Humanos, encabezados por su presidente Virgilio Alm\u00e1nzar, adem\u00e1s de familiares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A su llegada fueron recibidos por el vocero de la instituci\u00f3n, el coronel Diego Pesqueira, quien actu\u00f3 en representaci\u00f3n de la Direcci\u00f3n General de la Polic\u00eda Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La entidad es dirigida por el mayor general Andr\u00e9s Modesto Cruz Cruz, seg\u00fan indic\u00f3 la instituci\u00f3n durante el proceso de recepci\u00f3n de los implicados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el procedimiento, Pesqueira manifest\u00f3 que a los detenidos se les garantizar\u00e1 el respeto a sus derechos fundamentales y el cumplimiento del debido proceso conforme a la Constituci\u00f3n y las leyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n con este caso, tambi\u00e9n permanece detenido Dalgwig David Valdez Marte como parte de las investigaciones que desarrollan las autoridades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras tanto, Yeison Nivar P\u00e9rez, conocido como \u201cMandrake\u201d y se\u00f1alado como supuesto cabecilla de la banda, falleci\u00f3 el domingo tras un enfrentamiento con una patrulla policial en el Ensanche Luper\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Polic\u00eda Nacional indic\u00f3 que los detenidos ser\u00e1n puestos a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico para los fines legales correspondientes mientras contin\u00faan las investigaciones para identificar a otros posibles implicados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
