{"id":4396,"date":"2024-04-01T19:04:52","date_gmt":"2024-04-01T19:04:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rr.unv-informacion.xyz\/?p=4396"},"modified":"2024-04-01T19:04:52","modified_gmt":"2024-04-01T19:04:52","slug":"esta-fue-la-medida-de-coercion-ammy-hiraldo-pena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rr.unv-informacion.xyz\/?p=4396","title":{"rendered":"Esta fue la medida de coerci\u00f3n Ammy Hiraldo Pe\u00f1a"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras un proceso judicial en Cotu\u00ed, el Tribunal de Atenci\u00f3n Permanente tom\u00f3 una decisi\u00f3n contundente sobre la acusada y supuesta confesa del homicidio de la joven de 18 a\u00f1os, Yennely Andre\u00edna Duarte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las autoridades judiciales dieron a conocer que la imputada, Ammy Hiraldo Pe\u00f1a, enfrentar\u00e1 tres meses de prisi\u00f3n preventiva como medida de coerci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La acusada cumplir\u00e1 su tiempo de prisi\u00f3n preventiva en el centro penitenciario de Rafey Mujeres, ubicado en Santiago, seg\u00fan lo ordenado por la Jueza Francisca Almonte, quien presidi\u00f3 el tribunal en este caso que ha generado gran conmoci\u00f3n en la comunidad y se espera que se realice un proceso judicial justo y transparente para esclarecer los hechos ocurridos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El cuerpo sin vida de Hilario Sosa fue hallado abandonado en el Distrito Municipal de Quita Sue\u00f1o, en Cotu\u00ed, donde present\u00f3 al menos 15 heridas cortantes y golpes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras la audiencia, Wilson Duarte, padre de la fallecida, hizo un llamado al presidente Luis Abinader, inst\u00e1ndolo a reformar el sistema de justicia.
